Dear Patients,

After 54 fulfilling years in practice, I’ve made the decision to reduce my hours and transition to a cash-based system and will no longer be accepting insurance. The change will allow me to focus on providing personalized care and attention to your needs.

Starting July 1st, I will be available three half days a week, from 6am to 12pm on Monday & Friday and 1pm-6pm on Wednesdays for patients who wish to continue their care with me, at a rate of $35- $50 due at time of service, for many of you this will equal your current co-pay or be just a slight increase. The rate will depend on the complexity of your treatment.

For those who choose to continue their care with me, please know that I am committed to providing the same level of exceptional service and expertise that you have come to expect. For those who may seek treatment elsewhere I am more than happy to assist in finding a suitable provider who will meet your needs. Your x-rays and pertinent chart notes will be provided upon request and available to be picked up from my office by July 31, 2024. For new patients an initial examination and complete set of x-rays will cost $315.00.

As I embark on this new chapter, I am filled with deep appreciation for the trust you have placed in me over the years. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your health journey. I look forward to continuing to treat you or helping you transfer to a provider who will accept your insurance.
