Chiropractic Massage BENEFITS OF MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy increases metabolism, hastens healing, relaxes muscles, helps to prevent and relieve muscle cramps and spasms, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation.
Regular and systematic massage causes the muscles to become firmer and more elastic. It's estimated that blood passes three times more rapidly through muscles being massaged than muscles at rest.
