If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at 425-392-5321. Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm. For emergencies, when our office is closed, please call 425-985-1563 or 425-894-1544.
